Our Overall Service
Ethan was on time and crew (Ethan, James, Christian & Austin seemed to work hard the whole time they were here. Ethan was very knowledgeable and made extra efforts to explain things and make sure they were done to Code. He went over and above by patiently speaking to my Dad (a fellow licensed Electrician) about what was done here today and why. I felt at ease the whole day.
Call Representative
Maizey was who I talked to at office and she was informative and kind when I called to get information on what was being done and the timing of everything.
Our Installation Crew
I didnt have much interaction with the crew but they were courteous and kind.
The Cleanup Process
All seems fine.
